General Terms and Conditions of QRoo LLC (limited liability) (hereafter “QRoo“)

The terms used are not gender specific.

§ 1 Scope / exclusion of general terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions (GTC) of QRoo UG (limited liability) (hereinafter "QRoo"), apply to all QRoo services based on an individual contract (completed subscriptions) between QRoo and the client.

§ 2 contractual partners

QRoo companies that offer digital products are also referred to below as "providers". The users of a digital product are hereinafter referred to as "users". The purchase contract is concluded with QRoo UG (limited liability), owner: Jürgen Kleinfelder, c/o COCENTER, Koppoldstr. 1, 86551 Aichach, Handelsregister: Bayern Amtsgericht Ingolstadt, HRB 11727.

§ 3 User Account

Some functions of our website can only be used with an existing user account. The creation of a user account (also called "registration") as such does not require the Taking out a (paid) subscription.

If a user account is created, this enables both the use of paid products (or product parts) as well as the use of products (or product parts), which are not subject to payment, but require the creation of a user account (registration).

There is no obligation for the provider to delete it, but the user can delete the account at any time - but only after the expiry of any existing subscriptions - delete them yourself.

§ 4 Blocking and deletion in the event of misuse of the user account

The providers are entitled to temporarily block access if misuse of the user account is suspected to do. If the user can refute the suspicion, the temporary access block will be lifted. If the suspicion persists, access can be blocked and permanently. If it is to be permanently deleted, the user account will be irrevocably deleted by the provider.

§ 5 Subscription to Functions

The subject of the PRO subscription is the creation and provision of digital content on the https://qroo.me site, as well as the use of the following additional functions:

  • User access statistics, the access attempts from the qroo.me Page mapped to the public account managed by the user. Another graphic shows the individual links provided by the user.
  • Account access statistics on the qroo.me page are protected against manipulation attempts and show real accesses. However, access to the individual links is not equipped with this security measure.
  • Function to switch off the visibility of individual links. The stored link is not displayed for the visitors.
  • Function for editing the already saved links. The user can change the link and its description at will. The access statistics remain unaffected.

§ 6 Conclusion of contract

6.1 - The presentation of subscriptions on the qroo.me site does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.

6.2 - The User can subscribe online at qroo.me.

6.3 - By clicking the [Confirm payment €] button, you place a binding order of the subscriptions listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we receive your order by sending an order confirmation email immediately after receiving your order.

§ 7 contract period and automatic extension; Termination

Unless otherwise agreed, the subscription contract is concluded for an indefinite period and can be terminated by the user at any time up to the end of the subscribed period. The cancellation takes place in the personal user profile in the [Subscription] area.

§ 8 Subscription Prices

Two payment methods are offered: monthly and yearly. The indicated prices are gross prices.

§ 9 Terms of Payment

Payment is made exclusively by Bank Transfer or Visa card. After the required payment, the user receives a confirmation by e-mail. If the user encounters difficulties during the payment process, he can contact: contact@qroo.dev contact the seller.

§ 10 Right of Withdrawal

If you take out a subscription on the qroo.me site, Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) applies:

  • By clicking on the "Confirm payment €" button, the user also has the checkbox

  • If the payment went through successfully, the user will receive a damage email from QRoo. The cancellation policy is shown separately in this confirmation.
§ 11 Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission has created an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. More information is below available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. To participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board we are neither willing nor obliged.
